Insert Types
Custom Cardboard Inserts
Die-cut paperboard partitions, dividers, and fitted trays. Fully recyclable, printable, and the most cost-effective way to hold product securely inside a box.
Why Custom Cardboard Inserts
The recyclable default for product protection
Cardboard inserts do three jobs at once: they stop the product moving, they separate items so they cannot knock together, and they present the contents in a deliberate arrangement when the box opens. Because they are the same material as the box, the whole pack goes into one recycling stream — increasingly a hard requirement rather than a nice-to-have.
They are also the cheapest insert type to tool and iterate. A die is inexpensive relative to a foam or thermoform mould, so revising a fit after the first sample is quick and low-risk. For most non-fragile products this is where to start, and only move to foam or pulp if drop testing says you have to.

Built-In Advantages
What Makes Our Custom Cardboard Inserts Stand Out
Fit sample before production
We die-cut a sample and physically fit your product before printing anything. Cavity fit is the whole point of an insert, and it is cheap to correct at sample stage.
Slot-together dividers ship flat
Cross-slotted dividers pack flat and assemble in the box, cutting inbound freight volume compared with pre-glued inserts.
Printable surface
Because it is paperboard, the insert can carry instructions, branding, or a colour block that frames the product at the moment of opening.
Single-material recycling
Box and insert go into the same paper stream with no separation step for the consumer — the simplest sustainability story available.
