Custom Merchandise & Carrier Bags
Heavy-duty carrier bags for apparel, events, and trade shows. Reinforced handles, double-thickness base, and board weights rated to carry real product weight.
Why Custom Merchandise & Carrier Bags
Specified around load, not appearance
Merchandise bags fail in predictable places. Handles pull through the top edge, the base seam splits, and the side gussets tear at the fold. Every upgrade on this page targets one of those three failure points, because a bag that breaks in a car park costs more in brand damage than the bag saved in unit price.
The right spec comes from the load, not the budget. Two folded t-shirts is a very different bag from a pair of boots and a jacket. Tell us the heaviest realistic basket and we will spec board weight, handle type, and base construction against it rather than guessing.

Built-In Advantages
What Makes Our Custom Merchandise & Carrier Bags Stand Out
Reinforced handle patch
A card patch bonded behind each handle spreads the load across the top edge instead of concentrating it at the glue line — the single most effective anti-tear upgrade.
Double-fold top rim
The top edge is folded twice before the handle is set, roughly doubling the material at the highest-stress point.
Glued base insert
A separate board panel glued into the base stops the bottom bowing and splitting under a heavy, concentrated load.
Gusset reinforcement
Additional creasing and glue at the side gussets so the bag keeps its shape when over-filled, which is normal at events.
