Our rigid boxes start with a 2mm greyboard core. We wrap it in your chosen paper — coated, textured, metallic, or kraft. Then we add reinforcement at stress points and finish with precision die-cutting.

Our minimum order is 100 pieces per design. This is possible because we have a dedicated sample room that handles small runs by hand. Most rigid box factories require 1,000 to 3,000 pieces.
How long does sample production take?
For rigid boxes, sample production takes 5-10 working days. This is longer than our folding carton samples because rigid boxes involve hand-wrapping, pressing, and assembly. We do not rush the sample process.
What is the difference between handmade and machine-made?
Orders under 1,000 pieces are handmade in our sample room. Each box is wrapped, pressed, and assembled by hand. Orders above 1,000 move to machine production with the same materials and standards. The final box is identical.
Can you make custom inserts?
Yes. We offer custom inserts in foam, EVA, velvet, and paperboard. Inserts can be die-cut to fit your product exactly. For rigid boxes, inserts are especially important because the box arrives assembled.
Do you offer eco-friendly materials?
Yes. We offer FSC-certified chipboard, recycled kraft paper wraps, and soy-based inks. We also have a water-based adhesive option for fully recyclable packaging.
Can you ship to the US, Europe, and Australia?
Yes. We ship worldwide and offer DDP terms for most destinations. We handle customs clearance, duties, and last-mile delivery. You receive the boxes at your door.
