Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a direct custom packaging factory. We produce custom boxes in our own workshop and run audited production lines for bottles, jars, pouches and labels. You work with one factory team, not layers of middlemen.
What is your minimum order quantity?
Our standard MOQ is 100 pieces for most custom boxes and 100+ for bottles and jars. This is intentionally low so indie brands, Etsy sellers and startups can launch without tying up cash in 500–1,000 unit commitments.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide. Orders are packed in 5-layer export cartons and delivered door-to-door by sea or air to the US, Canada, Australia, Europe, the UK and most other countries.
How fast is quoting and sampling?
Quotes and a sample plan are typically returned within 24 hours. Digital mockups follow in 24–48 hours and physical samples in 5–7 days.
Do you handle EU PPWR compliance?
For brands selling in the EU, we provide PPWR-ready documentation as an add-on service to support compliance. We’ll flag where heavy lamination or mixed materials affect recyclability so claims stay honest.
