Why Custom Box Sleeves
One box, unlimited artwork
A sleeve separates structure from graphics. You tool and stock a single plain box, then print cheap sleeves for every variant, season, and market. For brands running ten flavours or a Christmas edition, that is a large reduction in both tooling spend and dead inventory — you never write off 5,000 boxes because the artwork changed.
Everything depends on fit. Too tight and the sleeve scuffs the box or will not slide; too loose and it rotates and looks cheap. We work to a ±0.5mm tolerance and confirm it on a physical sample against your actual box before printing, because the fit cannot be fixed after the run.

Sample-verified fit
Send us your box, or its exact dimensions, and we confirm the slide fit on a physical sleeve before the print run. This is the step that prevents an unusable delivery.
Thumb notch for easy removal
A small die-cut crescent lets the customer slide the sleeve off cleanly instead of tearing it — important when the sleeve is part of the unboxing.
Die-cut windows
Reveal the product or a colour panel on the box beneath. A cheap way to make a plain box look bespoke.
Inside printing
Print the inner face with a message or pattern that appears as the sleeve comes off. Almost free on an offset run and reliably noticed.
