What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ is 100 pieces for most custom boxes and 100+ for sourced bottles and jars — low enough for indie brands, Etsy sellers and startups.
How fast can I get a quote and sample?
Quote and sample plan within 24 hours, digital mockup in 24–48 hours, physical sample in 5–7 days.
Which countries do you ship to?
United States, Canada, Australia and the EU, door-to-door by sea or air in 5-layer export cartons.
Are you a factory or trading company?
We are the direct custom packaging factory — boxes made in-house, bottles/jars/bags sourced and QC’d, one accountable contact.
Do you provide EU PPWR compliance documents?
Yes, as an add-on service for brands selling in the EU, so recyclability claims stay honest.
Can you help if I’m unsure what packaging I need?
Yes — share a product photo and budget and we’ll recommend style, material and finish, then send a sample plan.
What about US tariffs?
For tariff-sensitive US orders we can route through Vietnam capacity to lower landed cost; we’ll advise when it pays off.
